Do you do Service Cloud + Field Service?

Service Cloud yes, including the AI-on-Service-Cloud work that's growing in 2026. Field Service we partner out for the field-service-specific implementation; we lead the design and integration.

Can you fix a Salesforce org that another partner implemented?

Yes — "remediation" engagements are a recurring pattern. Our approach is to assess what's actually working before recommending changes. Most over-customised orgs need less Salesforce, not more; we'll tell you honestly which categories of cleanup will pay back.

How does Agentforce compare to building your own LLM workflow?

Agentforce makes sense when the use case is well-contained within Salesforce, the data is already there, and Salesforce's built-in governance is acceptable. Custom LLM workflows make sense when the use case crosses systems, needs deeper customisation, or requires a foundation model Agentforce doesn't support. The right answer depends on your specifics — we'll work through the decision with you, not push a default.
