Case studies
Three anonymised case studies from our first six months of engagements. We launch with anonymised pilots and add named client studies as clients sign off on attribution — rather than waiting to publish anything until we have permission to name a logo.
An ASX-100 financial services firm (claims operations)
A generative AI Pilot for a claims operations team. Operator-in-the-loop triage co-pilot deployed to production at the end of the 3-week sprint.

A federal government agency (policy + compliance team)
A 4-week AI Governance Review for an APS agency, followed by a small RAG pilot for the agency's policy team. Voluntary AI Safety Standard aligned.

A mid-tier Australian bank (operations + risk)
A 2-week AI Readiness Sprint for a mid-tier bank operations team that was being pulled in five different AI directions at once. Output: a written go/no-go on each.

For most engagements, the natural moment to publish a named case study is ~3–6 months post-handover, once the system’s outcomes are stable and visible. We can frame the engagement scope around that publication intent if it’s a marketing benefit for you too — typically a discount on the standard productised offer in exchange for the eventual case study.
