Shubham Shrivastava founded Quantum Associates and leads every engagement personally. He has worked on the Salesforce platform since 2011 — first as a Salesforce Developer and then Senior Salesforce Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, the last three of those years in Sydney — and since 2017 as an independent Salesforce consultant.
His work spans the full delivery lifecycle: solution design, implementation and customisation, integrations and workflow automation, release management, data migration, and the user training that decides whether a CRM actually gets adopted. He holds four Salesforce certifications, including Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer and Sales Cloud Consultant.
Most recently he led the data migration for an Australian community-care provider moving from NPSP to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, working alongside the implementation partner — client records mapped field by field, rehearsed in a sandbox, and reconciled line by line through a staged, cohort-by-cohort cutover.
Shubham studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is based in Sydney.
